+DI must cross above –DI and MACD cross from negative to positive. If +DI is below –DI and MACD gives buy signal, ignore it and wait for indicators to align.

SELL SETUP
-DI must cross above +DI and MACD should cross from positive to negative). If –DI is below +DI and MACD gives sell signal, ignore it until indicators align themselves for a short entry.
